I understand the inconvenience caused, let's work together to fix this issue. Yes, I can see that you have AVG Internet Security (1 computer), expires on 2/22/2019 and AVG PC TuneUp 1 computer (1 year) expires on 2018.5.27.
Please go to Control panel > program and features and let me know the AVG programs installed on your computer.

My AVG Internet security has completely disappeared. There is no icon on desktop or can be found anywhere in c drive. I have AVG PC tune up and AVG driver updater. When I log into my account under products is shows I have AVG PC Tune up and AVG Internet Security. I have had AVG internet security since 2016 and recently renewed my subscription 7/2/18 for 12 months. I have an email confirming same with my licence number/ product code. When I attempt to download the link I get an error code this action has been cancelled you have already installed latest version
(error code:0xe001f992) with a exit tab at bottom. How do I retrieve my AVG internet security again.
