Hello Wyndham,

This isn't the expected behavior and it seems that there is some issue with the activation.
Open AVG Antivirus free program interface.
Click on "My AVG–>My Subscriptions–>Enter a valid activation code" from it.
Use the code that we have sent through email now and check whether the AVG Internet Security subscription is getting activated.
