Trying to install AVG Internet Security on Windows 7 Pro 64. Installation stuck at 49% and internet connection is lost. Tried to install 3 times with same results.

Thank you for your kind assistance. I have downloaded the offline installer and will remove old partial files tomorrow and reinstall tomorrow as it's getting a bit too late for starting the process now. If successful I will install on my other Windows 7 laptops.

Please let us know the service pack installed on your Windows 7.
To check this : Press windows logo key & Pause/Break keys (at top right corner in your keyboard) together.
Alternately, you can right click on My computer & select properties to check the info.
