None of those tools worked on my laptop.My laptop is 32 bit and is running windows 7. I am over using your product.Can I please just get a refund? I would have liked to use it but am now just way too frustrated with it.I would rather just have no internet security now as I havent had any for a few weeks anyway!! Thankyou

Hi,
    AVG Internet Security will not install on my laptop.I did have it installed but it stopped working.I uninstalled it then tried to re-install it.I click on RUN file,( avg_isc_stb_all_2015_ltst_205 ) A window comes up asking if I want to let it make changes to my computer.I click yes then nothing happens at all. I have also tried this file (avg_isc_x86_all_2015_ltst_236) Same result. My laptop is windows 7 with 32 bit operating system. Please help

Hello Tony. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. I kindly request you to run AVG remover tool based on your OS (32-bit or 64-bit) to completely remove AVG files from your PC. To determine whether your OS is a 32-bit or 64-bit, please click on this link. http://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/827218
To download AVG Remover tool for 32-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x86_2015_5501.exe
To download AVG Remover tool for 64-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x64_2015_5501.exe
