AVG Internet security is just a black window

1. Please confirm the operating system installed in your device. 
2. Have you tried to run AVG Clear tool when you reinstall AVG Internet Security?
3. Share us the screenshot of the page which shows black squares for AVG program in taskbar.

Only formatting and installing a new windows system helped me, but in the meantime when avg was not working from my metamask wallet, 3.5k USD in crypto was stolen :((

I have a similar issue - the UI of all installed AVG tools is a black window.  The services appear to be running, the GUI isn't accessible.  I've tried:

- Repairing both programs (Antivirus FREE and TuneUp)
- uninstall/reinstall (with AVG Clear)
- Confirming Display/video drivers are latest

AVG internet security and VPN and the menu in the task bar all appear as black squares on my screen

reinstalling doesnt help, restarting PC doesnt help

Any ideas?

May I confirm whether you have installed any other Antivirus program apart from AVG on your PC?
Also can you please whether you got an error messages after installing the programs?
