Let us change the network profile of AVG Firewall to "private" and check the status.
Open AVG Internet Security interface.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components–>Customize" of Enhanced Firewall.
Select "Network Profiles" and to the right, if you see the profile as "public" for your network, then click on it and change it to "Private".
Click Ok. Keep us informed about the status.
