I upgraded to full protection AVG this morning. After installing I am unable to get on the internet. I use Firefox. Also AVG internet security indicates that I am not hacker protected, while I have selected to activate it . When it select to Fix Now, I get the green fully protected message but, it almost immediately reverts back to red. I am confused. I did not know that Avast was not AVG. It downloaded when I upgraded. Looks like I may have been charged twice? Help! AVG is not working right and I cannot get to the internet. My emails are downloading fine in Outlook.
