Why are adverts on by default when I've paid for the product?

I have disable all the suggested settings AND STILL GET popup ads. My renewal fairly imminent, and I'll move to eg Norton if these don't stop.

We are glad to help you. If you want to stop receiving promotional ads from AVG Internet Security program, you can change the privacy settings in AVG program.

AVG Internet Security keeps advertising other AVG products. That's the kind of behaviour I expect from a free product but I have paid for this. Does anyone know how to stop this annoying feature.

Hello John, 

AVG have multiple programs which have different features and benefits. By default, user will see suggestion to get other AVG program.

If you do not want to see promotional pop-up for AVG, you can disable the pop-up from privacy settings. Thank you.
