19.11.2017 my AVG Internet Security (Order No 701-9643465) was renewed for 2 years - £72.99 a new License No was provided etc. Followd instructions provided to reactive and believed successful. Today my AVG Internet Security has 'shut down' and I cannot access anything to 'sort the problem'. Urgent help needed
