I want to cancel my subscription renewal for AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) and can't. I've tried to e-mail digitalriver.com but the e-mails won't sent. I've also had to change my debit card recently for security reasons and you have the last four digits of my new card. Do I need to contact my bank and ask how this could have happened, as it's a new card.
