AVG Internet Security (Multi Device)

Dear Sirs,

I have installed the AVG Internet Security on my PC.  When I do a scan on the PC, the result shows "You are Fully Protected".   But below Icon on Full Protection shows in Red Box below :

Hacker Attacks Not Protected
Personal Data Not Protected

I tried to do enabling for the above, I cannot enable.
Kindly advise and assists how to enable the above.
