Avg internet security no active components 2017

Hello, i would like to know exactly what's the issue…as all my components are not active. the latest update was on the 3/9/2017 and was successful. i tried the repair but got the error General error (0x0781). Also, i noticed a message when i couldn't see any of my subscriptions…saying ''We are currently undergoing a major system update which may prevent your AVG products from appearing in your AVG MyAccount.'' is it the cause ? thank you.
