AVG Internet Security not working in Windows 11

I have a case opened with AVG  #17654786.   Internet Security continues to malfunction.  At this time it is not reading the scheduled scans I created.  Nor does it save or record any of the scans I run manually.  I am also getting an 'error' message stating all files were not scanned.  I have spoken with reps on two separate occasions neither were able to fix the problem.  I have been repeatedly told this problem will be escalated to Senior techs, but nothing ever happens.
