AVG Internet Security not working

I have paid version of AVG Internet Security and Also AVG Tune up. I purchased them at 2 different times.

I do not see the AVG Internet security in my Product list when log in to my AVG Account.
My AVG Internet Security is not working. I started scanning and the scanning is in process since many days. It is always showing 1% complete and in progress.
Please advise what to do to get my antivirus working.
