AVG Internet Security or AVG Free will not launch

Please note that AVG Internet Security is our premium virus protection and AVG AntiVirus free is a basic version.
You need not use AVG free version if you already have AVG Internet Security. I have sent an email containing instructions to get connected with our remote assistance team. Please follow those instructions to get in touch with them to resolve the user interface issue.

The above two products are installed on my laptop with W10. Neither of them will launch from shortcuts and I suspect they are not working properly. Any ideas?
