Hi, have the above paid avg internet security version and have been trying to update it for some time this evening without luck. The avg icon in the bottom right hand side of task bar has an exclamation mark in it.  When I click on it to open it up it shows a dashboard of the protection I have. The first two are circled in red "Computer and Web" stating they need updating and not fully protected.  I have clicked on Fix Now and on Update then get a pop up message telling me update failed general error. Have tried several times, have turned pc off and on, have been to the page on this site and updated the latest version. Could you please tell me what to do next to solve this issue.  Thank you.
