On 7/31 & 8/1 dropped connections caused problems for techs there while they were upgrading AVG Internet Security & AVG PC Tuneup both on 2 computers. Some problems were fixed with inability to create a restore point. The only problems left I believe are that the expiration date has to be updated from 12-15-2012 to the new dates on both PCs for both programs. P-L-E-A-S-E— H_E_L_P
