We're glad to clarify this for you. Upon checking your account, we see that you've subscribed to AVG Ultimate twice using Online banking.
As it was a duplicate order, it was automatically cancelled. Hence, you've an active subscription of AVG Ultimate (valid till 2020.4.9).

AVG Ultimate is a bundled package which includes AVG Internet Security & AVG TuneUp for windows computers. Please let us know if AVG TuneUp is installed on your computer.

Regarding Secure VPN, we're uncertain about the exact pop up that you receive. If you prefer not to use AVG Secure VPN, you can uninstall it from control panel.
(Go to control panel - Programs & Features - Programs - Right click on AVG Secure VPN - Uninstall)

On April 6 2019 I ordered and paid via ideal AVG Ultimate.
On April 20 I received mail that payment was not received.
Payment was succesfully done
Avg Internet Security running. Where is AVG Ultimate? and how do i get rid of avg vpn because avg vpn is almost the most expensive and not good. I'm running Nordmende vpn now. Avg vpn continuous stopping and starting. Makes me crazy.
Threw away licence avg vpn but still coming every minute
