You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
To check the program version, click on "Menu–>About" of AVG Internet Security program.
Provide the screenshot of program version window too.
Click on "My AVG–>My subscriptions" from Internet Security interface which will show license information.
If it shows expiry date as 16th June 2019, then the renewal license is activated.

I have paid for the renewal of my licence for another year but when I try to reactivate it I am receiving the following message when trying to open the download.
Windows cannot find C:\Users\my_name\Downloads\avg_internet-security-setup(5).exe’. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again.
I have done this several times receiving the same message.
The software states that "you are protected" but I don't know if I have the current version. I'm seeking reassurance that all is OK. thanks
