We'd be glad to help. Please confirm the current version of AVG program installed on your PC and provide a screenshot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of AVG dashboard showing the error message. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Can anyone please tell why my AVG console (paid version) keeps telling me that the computer protection and web protection elements of AVG are out of date and need updating? I run the update (which are set to automatic anyway) and nothing changes.
