On June 9, I was charged to my credit card for the AVG Internet Security package for which I was charged 54.99 euros.
Supposedly the package was activated on May 26, a package that I did NOT give authorization for to be charged to my account.
However, in my personal AVG account, in the Subscriptions section, this subscription is not reflected, therefore it does not allow me to make the refund request. Please beg them to cancel that package, and to refund my money. Thanks.
