Hi James,
This isn't the experience we want you to have. Let us look into this & help you.
For better clarity, please share us the screenshot of the pop up & let us know the version of AVG installed on your computer (Open AVG - Menu - About).
I keep trying to add a screenshot but the comment disappears.
The AVG UI version is: 1.0.615
The popup explicitly states:
"Renew early and save up to £49
Get our 4-in-1 Ultimate bundle plud extra time to cover your remaining subscription period. Mouseover the tiles below for more info." Followed by 3 tiles, internet security, ultimate, and 'recommended' ultimate.
I'll try attaching a screenshot again later.
Hi Folks,
I have a subscription to AVG Internet Security that doesn't run out for another 94 days. However, every single time I load up my PC, AVG throws a popup at me asking me to renew early, giving me 3 different renewal options.
Is there any way to remove this? As a paying customer with 3+ months left on my subscription, I don't want popups advertising to renew. I've not used an antivirus that is this intrusive for their own advertisements...
Thanks,
J

Hi Dinesh,
I've already unchecked those when I first installed AVG Internet Security. I've tried re-checking the boxes, restarting, unchecking the boxes, and restarting again but the popups still persist.
The popups are always only when I first boot my machine.
Thanks,
