I just received the advance notice of renewal e-mail, including the new billing arrangement with Digital River. My previous renewals have been by Credit Card, but I cannot remember which. So I wanted to check back in case I need to change or update the security details. When I did so I could not find any reference in any correspondence to indicate the card used, nor could I find any reference or link to it in my account details. You obviously keep this info on record, so why is there no way to check and update it?? Why do I have to wait for a default notice before I can update it??
