This isn't the experience we want you to have. I see that you have two AVG Internet Security licenses. I have sent you email instructions to activate AVG Internet Security with the license number. Please follow the email steps and activate the program. If you face any difficulties, you can get in touch with the remote technicians to fix it.
Also, if you are using one computer let me know I will process a refund for the another AVG Internet Security license.
end october I receive a message from avg where informed that the protection will be prosecuted up to dec 7 and 15 days before they woud charge me for abt € 50,99 in order to renew the protection.All right, I found on my bank account the charge but there is no possibility to install the new license number to effect the update of the program, just from yesterday when I open avg is a message shows that there is no more protection and suggest to renew it, I do it to have the pc protected but there is no way to install the new license number: the instructions to make it do not corespond to the possibility of sw.
To have a drop of protection I installed avg internet free but it is the last time that I get close to such a type of program, I have paid twice for nothing…
