AVG Internet Security renewed but expiration date unchanged

You must have your old license number still activated on your PC. Please open AVG Internet Security, click My AVG > My Subscription and click on 'Remove license number' and confirm it.

I'm afraid I don't see that option under My Subscription.

This is what is visible:

So I can enter a license number, not remove a license number.

Hello.
I have renewed my AVG Internet Security using a Wire Transfer payment. The order number is: 9391xxxxxx. I have received an order confirmation.
I have done this: AVG Internet security -> My AVG - > My subscription and then I entered my AVG account.
According to the content of my AVG account, everything is fine. For instance I find this:

AVG Internet Security - Unlimited

PRO features expire in 358 days

Subscription Info:

Ends: July 5, 2019 (Renew early)

So far so good.

However when I open the AVG Internet Security product itself, the expiration date has not changed. It is still July 14th, i.e. in 2 days.

And I have received several emails asking me to renew the subscription (already done of course).

I also noticed when I ask for a licence number, I receive one although according to my AVG account there are no licence number for this product.

I have already reinstalled the product but that did not change anything.

Many thanks in advance for your help. I would appreciate a quick help, considering only 2 days remain...
