AVG Internet Security Reverts to AVG Free Paid Subscription

Hello Dan,

I understand the inconvenience.
I request you to open AVG Antivirus free, click on "My AVG" and select "My Subscriptions".
Click on "Log out" and check whether you get an option as "Log into account".
If yes, click on it and enter your AVG my account credentials.
Click "Log in" and wait for 2-3 minutes to check whether it activates to Internet Security.
Keep me informed about the status.

I have (and am about to renew) AVG Ultimate.  Recently I have noticed that my laptops are running AVG Free, but were previously invited from and installed the Ultimate Suite. I was in the CHAT but got cutoff before I could be assisted with a reactivation of the AVG Internet Security. Any ideas?  Windows 10 64-bit on a ASUS E402s

It actually worked perfectly. Clean install and took the credentials during the login as I expected. Once I renew, will I need to uninstall the current software from my main system to get rid of the AVG Network Manager?

I tried logging out of my profile it did nothing. I am in the midst of uninstalling both PC Tune Up and AVG Free and will send an invite from the main hub PC where Zen is and will install again. When I try to install Antivirus alone it has no where to log in during the installation

Thank you for the information.
I appreciate your understanding and efforts in reinstalling AVG program.
Yes, you can proceed to uninstall AVG from your main PC, as Zen interface is no longer available.
