Hi everyone,
After installing the most recent AVG Internet Security update, I’ve noticed that my Windows 10 PC has become really sluggish. Simple tasks like opening Chrome, launching Word, or even navigating File Explorer take much longer than before. I checked Task Manager and noticed that AVG Service is consistently using high CPU and sometimes a lot of memory.
I’ve already tried restarting, running a full scan, and even repairing the installation through Control Panel, but the problem persists. Has anyone else run into this issue with the latest AVG update? Is there a specific setting I should tweak, or should I try reinstalling from scratch?
