AVG Internet Security starts with password protection disabled

We'd like to inform that AVG password protection component disable has been identified as a bug and our developers are working on a fix.

As a temporary resolution, we'd request to uninstall AVG using clear tool (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-software-Clear-Remover) and install it again.

I had problems with AVG I.S. for the last month.
When starting my PC, the improved firewall took up to 20 minutes to activate (I think a conflict with win.defender, my entire Windows 10 was very slow)
After switching back the default settings, that problem is solved!
Only starts AVG I.S. now with password protection disabled, and I have to manually enable it each time.

Because this is a known bug, and the rest of my AVG works smoothly again, I will not reinstall for the time being.
