Could you share us the screenshot of the that big black box?

And also disable the AVG temporarily and check if you are able to access the internet without any issues.

I keep getting that BIG BACK BOX about AVG Internet Security popping up at random times.  It takes about 3 - 4 x cicks to get rid of it.  I have tried checking the boxes  "Allow"  and 'Block" at different times, and now still  cannot download updates from different companies (ie Garmin) because  " I do not have access to the internet"  I get my emails, and other product (banking) just fine.  How do I fix this application, or get rid of it???
