Thank you for contacting AVG Community Forum. I see you are unable to install AVG Internet Security. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please check whether you have any other 3rd party Antivirus software installed in your PC? If you anyother Antivirus please unintsall and try installing it. If you still you are facing the issue, Could you please share us the screenshot of the page (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Create-screenshot) which shows safe error?
