Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been the user of your product - AVG Internet Security - for one year period and I am very happy with it. Now, the period of my subscription is about to end. I try to renew my subscription but to my astonishment I discovered that I am supposed to pay two times more of amount I previously payed to my subscription (initially 99 PLN - ten devices and now 198 PLN - when all I need is a subscription for one device only).
Could you direct me to the right subscription,please - AVG Internet Security one device.? If the price remains 198 PLN I will be forced to change my subscription to Kasperski Internet Security which offers much more preferable pricing.
