I recently bought a new subscription from amazon to replace my expiring subscription. I entered the key on my PC and it shows the new expiration date on my PC, but is not reflected in my account. It's for multiple PC's, so now those other PC's aren't covered because my account shows expired. The FAQ's seem to assume that since I entered it on my local AVG, it would get posted back to my account. It does not and there is no place that I see to enter the new license key in my account. Now what?

So what I paid for the multi year multi PC is worthless? Because my existing covered PC's get the information from your site and it dowsn't reflect the new status. So I have to carry the new license number to every existing and new installation because it is not reflected on the web site. This coupled with the difficulty of getting in touch with AVG is really making me rethink using your products. Oh and now my UI isn't working and what I see shows having to uninstall and reinstall AVG to fix it, thus FORCING me to re-enter my license. Not very happy at this time.

update. UI seems to be ok after a reboot. The subscription was a gift from my son using his amazon account. So the original questrion stands… Do I have to use the new key for every PC that I have or will have? My misunderstanding was that the key I entered on the PC was supposed to be mirrored to my account. I'd rather go back to having a CD and installing directly because the current system has no advantage to me.

The Multi device subscription can be used in up to 10 devices. 
You just have to install the application and then use the License Number to activate your paid subscription.
