My AVG internet Security subscription was automatically renewed on 10th April, I have an email from AVG confirming this and the renewal fee has left my bank account. When I switch my laptop on I get a warning to say my protection has expired and when I open the AVG application it is telling me that I have lost my protection and is asking me to carry out an express renewal. Can anybody advise what has happened here as it appears that my system is not protected yet I have renewed my subscription for a further 12 months and paid for this?
