Thank you for reaching us here.
We're glad to clarify the reason for the price increase. We have made significant improvements to our detection rates over the last year and we expect to continue this investment as the threat landscape is getting more complex and thus had to increase the price. The other reason being, discount provided for initial order is not applicable for renewal.

As a loyal and valued customer i believe the 2020/2021 subscription charge for my Internet Security 
is excessive i therefor wish it reviewed with a satisfactory finding , as my subscription date payment is due on the 16 May  i would request an answer before that date
