The amount that was charged is also not credited back to my account. I request corrective action as soon as possible.

On October 8, 2017, I made a purchase and paid (EURO 29,29) of a subscription AVG Internet Security. I never received a confirmation e-mail, no software and no license key/code.
I can not activate and use the purchased and paid product at all. Via my AVG account, I do not get any contact and response. I request that you send me the necessary information and software as soon as possible.
If this is not possible, I want to cancel my subscription and request a refund of the paid amount of EURO 29,29 ( your money back quarantee)
