My AVG is not working.   Purchased  it on the 13.11.17  Order No 12261141006.  I have a copy of my Order papers but cannot trace it on my e-mail account.   I have sort advice and was told to uninstall AVG and then log into my AVG Account and download everything again.   When I tried to uninstall I was given the following error code 001003d.   Wonder if you sent me the Order details again I could try that way.
