When starting up my PC (Windows 10 1909 Build 18636.959 ) AVG Internet Security indicates 'Not Proected'  for 3 or 4 minutes; at the same time task manager shows "LocalServiceNoNetworkFirewall"  consuming a lot of CPU time. This started some weeks ago.

I have 'repaired' AVG according to suggestions elswhere, to no avail.

Upon checking the screenshot, we could see a corrupted AVG icon. Let us reinstall the program and check for the CPU usage and the icon.
