Hello Joakim,

I am sorry to know that.
Please open AVG user interface and click on email address that is displayed and select "Leave this network"
You will get "Connect" option, click on it and select "Log into existing account"
Enter AVG my account username and password and click on Log in.
Wait for 2-3 minutes to check whether both Internet Security and PC TuneUp getting activated and there should be no free or trial notices for it.
You shouldn't get the expiry notice as 11 days too. Keep us informed about the status.

I have the code-key for two years till jule 2019 but know AVG Ultimate says it will expire in 11 days.
What's happining?
What to do?
