AVG Internet Security unable to detect installed AVG PC Tuneup

Each time I scan my computer the AVG Internet Security a banner appears across the bottom of the final "Fully Protected" screen informing me, my PC is cluttered and slowed down by performance issues. When I hit the "RESOLVE" button and then the "FIX PROBLEM" I am take to the sign up page to purchase AVG PC Tune Up. I already have an up to date AVG PC Tune Up and when run, it identifies my PC is "100% tuned up".
Is there a problem with the two programs not linking?
I have been very happy with all my AVG purchases in the past but am concerned with this possible glitch.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
