I've also unistalled the add-in from outlook how do I readd it?
Hello Mohammed,
To add in of AVG will get added automatically, if AVG AntiSpam component is enabled in your computer. Please open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->AntiSpam. Check if this component is enabled or disabled. If disabled, enable the same and check if AVG addin is installed automatically in your outlook.
Done, everything works fine, except the AVG add-in is missing from the Add-ins list (Image above).
Mohammed,
I understand you are not happy with the remote access. Please open AVG Internet Security > Menu > Settings > Components > Install Anti-spam feature and restart your computer to check the issue.
If the issue persists, then I would request you to get in touch with the remote technician to collect the log files and escalate the case.
I am sorry to hear that. Please remove and reinstall AVG AntiSpam component and check if everything works fine.
Thanks for replying
But I would prefer to remedy the issue without the use of remote support. If possible please send me the neccessary instructions on how to do the fix myseld, and if you could how to re-install the add-in if neccessary.
Thanks again
