AVG Internet security unlimited doesn't appear installed

Hello, on 4th June I  followed your instructions for both PCs and  I noted:
1) In both PCs:  full protection was not active…only hacker attak was not protected, 
2)  PC using Windows 10: no results by clicking any Avg icon, no main Avg window was appeared, even if the icons were linked the avgui.exe file in the path Programs(x86)-AVG-Framework-Common-avguix.exe. However I noted that was possible to open Avg main window chosing any file and scanning it, but in this case was used the avgui.exe in the path Programs(x86)-AVG-Antivirus-avguix.exe.
Today 5th June after restarting windows, as per AVG request, main AVG AntiVirus free windows appear in both PCs, showing again no full protection active… only basic protection!

We suggest you to completely remove all the traces of AVG https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe from your computer and reinstall the latest version of AVG Internet Security Unlimited from this link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/Internet_Security_1824.exe and see if that fix this issue. If you still have any difficulty, please let us know and we will assist you further.

Thanks for your clarifications. I followed all instructions how to activate AVG Internet Security Unlimited but unfortunately nothing has changed! What else should I do? Maybe there is something wrong with the Avg Myaccount?

Hello, I have renewed on 30may2017  my subscription expired on 28may2017 (AVG Protection multidevice, now AVG Internet Security Unlimited) and I have downloaded and installed same day the file  Avg_protection_806.exe on two PCs, by using Myaccount AVG ; the first is a desktop pc using Windows 10 ver 1607 and the second is a notebook using Windows 7 ultimate Service Pack 1.  1) Windows 10 Pc after installation: nothing happens, no windows appears, no hidden icon to click below on the taskbar; no results by clicking on the old desktop icon. 2) Windows 7 ultimate PC after installation:  by clicking on hidden icon at the bottom of the taskbar (showing an exclamation mark) appears the main window "AVG AntiVirus Free " showing only basic protection active and "la protezione non è attiva" (protection is not active) and "correggi ora" (fix now), but it is not possible to activate full protection . I've probably done something wrong. How to get right installation for both PCs and to have AVG Zen multidevice window? Thanks  in advance for your help.

Thank you for replying back to us with the screenshot. Please click on your Email address displays on the top right corner and Select "Leave the network". Once you leave, you will get the "Connect" option. Please restart your computer and click Connect to re-login as admin account with your My account credentials to check the status.

In this case, we request you to follow the activation procedure as mentioned in this article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Activate-AVG-Zen-Protection-Performance-or-Ultimate and when you have done with the "Leave this network" process please restart your PC once.
Open the AVG interface and then log into existing account.
If the activation issue persists, do let us know.
