I am sorry to hear that. To best assist you with this, I suggest you to contact our AVG Mobile support. Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. Also when filling out your details choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" even though you may be using the Free version and fill out necessary details and click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.

I have AVG Internet Security for Android on 3 mobile phones as well as Internet Security Unlimited on my PC. Recently I noticed on AVG Mobilation that the "Locate " function no longer works (doesn't locate the device) so I decided to uninstall and re-install the app on the android devices. I now cannot move progress beyond the free version with ads. After downloading the app (2017 version) I login but the free version remains and the only way around this would be to pay a subscription. Having paid for annual membership I don't wish to pay again!

I have also tried uninstalling the app and then sending an invitation from the AVG management console on my PC but the exact problem arises - I login to my account but the app doesn't recognise that I have a "paid for account" and continues running the 14 day trial with ads.

I have spent 3 hours uninstalling an reinstalling the app in every concievable way imaginable and nothing works. I anybody can help I would be grateful!

Has your AV recently been updated to a new version?  AVG now are running a bastardised version of AVAST mobile security.  Devices on version 6.* are now managed through my.avg.com and not mobilation.   I am not happy with this change as some of the phones in my family are on the old version and some on the new.

SMS commands are now different as well and Zen doesn't show the device status correctly.
