Please check and let me know if AVG program is still available in your computer (please go to control panel> program and features) and also share a screenshot of the error message (which you're receiving while AVG installation) to assist you further. Hi,
I purchased AVG Unlimited protection last year, which does not renew until end of November/December this year but I have gone on my lap top and AVG has disappeared. It tells me I am not protected and when I go into my AVG account and try to download it again (as it says I can download it as much as I want), it keeps telling me there is a runtime error! and cannot complete AVG set up. What the hell is going on, I haven't had any trouble till now and I am really worried I have no protection on my lap top even though I have paid £49.99 for it. Please help, what is going on?
