Hello, I have been using AVG for years and have not used any other anti-virus program.  I am using Windows XP 32bit SP3.
After AVG did an update and I tried to run a scan I keep getting a UI Failed to load. This is really embarrassing. AV Service is not responding. Please do not ask for a screen save as it's been posted many times.
I did a complete removal of AVG using AVG Remove and AVG CLEAN in SAFE MODE>
After all this was done I logged on to my account and downloaded the

AVG Internet Security - Unlimited installation file. AVG_protection_806.exe At one point your download was AVG_protection_822.exe that fialed the same way.

When this installs I get a bunch of " "The software you are installing has not passed the Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP. (Tell me why this is important) Continuing your installation of this software may impair or destabilize the correct operation of your system either immediately or in the future
IF I bypass this then I get many more error messages mostly this one.
Windows cannot install avg firewall ndis miniport followed by the incompatibility message.
After all this AVG starts up then I get the same UI message as above. Right now my system is completely cleaned up and I await your help. THANKS

Please enable debug logging in AVG by going to AVG->Internet Security->Menu->Settings->in the "General" tab click on "Maintenance" option ->go to 'Logs" tab and check "Enable debug logging" option in it.

To collect and send us the log files, I have sent an email instruction to you. Please provide the log files and also send us the screenshot through email.

Please try to answer below mentioned questions to assist further:
1) Does AVG service start in 5 minutes automatically?
2) Does AVG service start via manual execution in Service Manager?
3) Check whether AVG service starts automatically after another restart.
4) Were you able to reproduce the issue always by following particular steps and conditions?
