Just activated my AVG product (Retail) and my account shows its valid for 364 days. But the installed software on my desktop is showing 29 day as if it in trail mode. I have followed some of the advice that other people have been given, like logout as admin and the disconnected from my account the restarted. Also un-installed AVG and downloaded the software direct from my account. I have also de-activated the firewall before logging on to my account.
Anyone got any fresh ideas what to do next? Thanks for any advice.
