Have you reactivated your product using its email address and password? If not, follow the below steps to reactivate and check if that helps.

Open AVG Internet Security -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log out and remove license (if available) -> Log in -> enter your email address and password.

Let us know the version of AVG you have installed if the issue persists. Open AVG Internet Security -> Menu -> About -> check its version.

Hi, I have just purchased a new computer because the old one failed, I believed the AVG Internet Security Unlimited  which I purchased 8th November 2018 (one year subscription) would be transferrable to my new computer. At present every second day (approx.) AVG downloads it's free version onto my computer and removes the AVG Internet Security Unlimited version which I then have to download again, is this normal or do I have to repurchase the AVG Internet Security Unlimited again?
My account says I have unlimited downloads available with this program but I don't want to do it every second day. Thanks
