I regret for the inconvenience caused. I see from your record that you have latest version of AVG Internet Security Unlimited. I am sorry we do not see any recent contact of yours with our AVG Phone support. If you have any case reference number, please provide us the same. I paid and installed  AVG INTERNET SECURITY - UNLIMITED, in July 2017. When I restarted my laptop it would not load windows vista and I could not even restart in safe mode. 

i contacted support by phone 2 times that day, the first wanted everything in my life and to give him access to my laptop, no way, therefore extremely unsatisfied. The second support tech, told me I was not even registered with AVG, after 15 min. she told me to call back in 5 hrs as one of their computers was down, really not professional. 

I had to bring it to a local tech, even he had difficulty restarting the laptop, cost me $150.

Found out many weree having issues with AVG INTERNET SECURITY - UNLIMITED.

Now I wonder if I should re-install or just forget about AVG and go to McAfee.
