Please be informed that "Enter invitation Code" option has been removed from the latest Android AVG Antivirus Pro/AVG Cleaner Pro. However, you can activate your AVG Antivirus Pro/AVG Cleaner Pro on your Android device by login (Please tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app > Select AVG Account > Enter your My Account email address and password.) in to AVG MyAccount in the both AVG programs.

Hi, AVG have ugraded me to Internet Security Unlimited, with the promise of being able to use the product on other devices. The invitation has been sent to my Android phone ok, Anti-virus and Cleaner have been installed on the phone but when I tap the menu icons on these apps, there is no 'Enter Invitation Code' option so I can't get any further. Am I missing something!

I have the same problem as Gail and I would advise that i followed your procedure and I received a page stating that I am connected AVG account. On the page it says go to My account which I did. I then get a page which says Devices —You do not have any devices connected to your account yet. So i tap on this and I get a message stating Get it on Googe play. So I go to Google play which tells me I have AVG Anti Virus free already installed. I then press Open and I go back to where I started. Incidently the AVG Anti virus was installed as a trial and I have 7 days left. Can you advise where I am going wrong so that I can instale my Ultimat program on My Movile

I understand that you're experiencing issues with activating AVG pro features on your Android devices. I request you to contact our mobile support team. Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.
