Hello Tina,

I understand the inconvenience. Since AVG Zen app has been discontinued for Android, you may not be able to manage your Android devices from Zen interface on your Windows computer.

I would request you go to my.avg.com and enter your AVG Myaccount credentials to see the Android device information and Anti-theft notifications. Also, add and manage devices from PC Zen interface on Windows PC, instead the devices can be viewed by logging in my.avg.com and the scan and update feature cannot be monitored from the my.avg.com. However, our developers are working on the redesign of AVG Zen interface.

I bought AVG Internet Security UNLIMITED online and downloaded it to my  Windows desktop. I added my android phone and tried to add my tablet but they don't show up on screen. This is frustrating to the point of wanting to cancel the whole subscription.
