Hello Patrick,

I understand the inconvenience.
I see that you have valid AVG Internet Security - Unlimited (1 year subscription) that expires on 9th December 2018.
Open AVG Internet Security dashboard, click on small "HOME" icon to the left corner of it.
It will open AVG main user interface, click on "email address" and select "Leave this network"
Click on "Connect" and select "Log into existing account" for entering AVG my account credentials.
Click Login and wait for 2-3 minutes to check whether it activates your Internet Security subscription.

I am being told that my internet securuty has expired,even though I have on record that the renewal subscription was applied for and paid by my credit card on November 24th 2017.
